Studio Sale, Workshop, and Demonstrations!

I hope you can join me in this extraordinary event.  Everyone is welcome. Come learn something new, have fun and meet new people.  We celebrate art in all it forms including food.

• Demonstration– Making chocolate Bon-Bons
• Workshop- Everything Glitter
• Free Power Purse to the persons who bring a snack for people to share.
• Free Power Purse to anyone who brings glitter
• Free Art Gifts- to anyone who brings a guest!
• Free Spice Buffet- The spice buffet returns! Homemade spices and rub
• Studio Sale- Prices will start at $5.00. Deborah’s studio assistants will also have artwork and items available for sale.
• Tile Graveyard- Weather permitting, guests can dig through the tile graveyard. The ceramic pieces in the tile graveyard are surplus from past projects.

WORKSHOPS- Deborah's Studio

 

SPRING WORKSHOPS 2014

• Mosaic Yard Art- May 15/ 5-8pm 65.00 person.  All materials are included. Create a stepping stone or flower pot, learn to use the tools of the trade.

• Encaustic (Wax Painting)- Easy Landscapes- May 29/ 6-8pm 70.00 person. All materials included. Create Frame-able landscape paintings in wax.  You will create several small format paintings and one that is at least 5x7 to frame.  No artistic skills required.  you only need to bring your willingness to try something new. 

•  Glass Fusing- Jun 12- 6-8pm- 40.00 person, all materials included/ Create glass coasters, small jewelery or frame-able art using colorful glass

CREATIVE RETREAT
Ideas and inspiration abound.  Have you ever been stumped as to your next direction?  I am called the idea machine by many.  Artist and educators visit the studio on a regular bases to experience new mediums and find new inspiration.  They often use the time to rejuvenate, find their passions or new direction.  This can include workshops or one on one experience.   This time is yours to design.

• Fee- in most cases it is 85.00 hour and includes materials and instruction.  Price can be negotiated based on material or instruction need.  Discount possible based on multiple time and days.  This is mostly a opportunity for adults but I will consider children on a case by case bases.

PAST WORKSHOPS (I am listing old classes to maintain a record.  You can always request a past class)

• Soap Making- 6-8pm $40 per person. All materials included. Create home made soap.  This is a great way to create some personnel gifts.
